Along these same lines, there's a program in the Philippines for potential-entrepreneurs. They provide business training, and help students identify which of their own entrepreneurial ideas have the greatest potential for success. Students are thereby equipped to return to their own communities, receive micro credit loans, and put their ideas to practice. Here's the link:
